The Garden Experience is a faith based, non- profit organization dedicated to restoring hope, purpose, and wholeness serving youth in transition, justice impacted individuals needing reentry housing and support as well as families facing severe economic hardship. Through mentorship, life skills, wellness and creative expression we cultivate environments where individuals can grow, heal and be restored and thrive in purpose.
Deona is currently a Board Member of the Foster Parent Association of Wisconsin. A Shared Hope Facilitator through NAMI, a Certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience.
She is a "Lover of Jesus" and a "Servant of The People".
